About Me

My professional journey includes significant contributions to healthcare in the Middle East, having worked with the largest hospital in Sudan and prestigious hospitals in Saudi Arabia : King Fahad Medical City and King Khalid University Hospital.
As a Project Manager, I managed the Hybrid-OR project during the PPNNCC expansion at KFMC, I also managed the renovation of the angiography department and the introduction of the DAVICI Xi robotic surgery in KFMC.
I have also applied my expertise to design and implement software systems that enhance the efficiency of healthcare technology management processes. additionally, forged successful collaborations with the Quality team at King Fahad Medical City, resulting in the attainment of a perfect score for Healthcare Technology Management Assessment (HTMA) during KFMC’s CBAHI reaccreditation in August 2023, and spearheaded the KAQA documentation, reporting, and consolidation of the final report for HTM, IN 2018.
Also, doing many repurchasing technology assessment, My roles included rigorous risk assessment and management, ensuring patient safety and compliance with world-class standards. Additionally, I was responsible for overseeing the Risk Management Information System, DATIX, where I managed incidents, alerts, and led the communication with sFDA. My efforts also included streamlining operations through process improvements like introducing a new requisition form, MECON and conducting an accuracy analysis of the requested parts list.
Due to the nature of my field, I have experience in coordinating communication among various disciplines, including physicians, physicists, nurses, surgeons, IT specialists, contractors, construction companies, financial departments, lab technicians, researchers, and occasionally patients and their families. As a result, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the unique language and terminology used by different specializations, enabling me to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
