Data management and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI for tracking infection rates and resource allocation, Communication platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams for virtual training and coordination meetings, WHO’s IPC monitoring and evaluation toolkit. Successfully coordinated the establishment of IPC protocols that significantly reduced the transmission of COVID-19 within healthcare facilities, Improved compliance with IPC measures, leading to a measurable decrease in healthcare-associated infections.
