2019 – 2020, Ibrahim Malik Hospital, Sudan. Hand Hygiene Compliance Improvement Initiative, Project Manager. Developed and managed a detailed project plan and budget, conducted training and awareness campaigns, established a monitoring system, analyzed compliance data, coordinated with stakeholders, introduced quality improvement initiatives, and gathered continuous feedback to increase hand hygiene compliance among healthcare workers. Successfully increased hand hygiene compliance among healthcare workers by 35%, surpassing the initial goal of 30%.

    WHO ECHO Project for COVID-19 Containment in Khartoum by strentghening quality of care in 70 primary health centers, project coordinator the implementation of infection control measures across various primary healthcare facilities. Data management and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI for tracking infection rates and resource allocation, Communication platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams for virtual training and coordination meetings, WHO’s IPC monitoring and evaluation toolkit. Successfully coordinated the establishment of IPC protocols that significantly reduced the transmission of COVID-19 within healthcare facilities, Improved compliance with IPC measures, leading to a measurable decrease in healthcare-associated infections.
